Barley (or other grains), water, hops, and yeast make up the four key ingredients in craftbeer production. Water accounts for most of the volume in beer, usually around 90-95%. As our company’s craft beer is being brewed in Florida, we have the benefit of excellent water quality that is safe enough to even drink from the tap!
